§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will make a statement on the EEC Commission decision to impose duty on vinyl acetate imports.
§ Mr. EyreOn 21 November the European Commission imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty of 10.6 per cent. on imports of vinyl acetate monomer from the United States of America. Certain United States exporters who 143W had not been shown to be dumping by the Commission's preliminary investigations were excluded from the duty as was one exporter who had voluntarily undertaken to raise his prices.
