Mr. Tilley

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment which local authorities have given up how much of their allocations for home insulation grants for 1980 to which other local authorities.

The details requested are set out in the attached table. Reallocations have been possible so far only in the Department's Eastern and South-East regions.
