Mr. Wigley

asked the Secretary of State for Industry what steps he has taken to counter opposition from German and Dutch representatives in the EEC towards the United Kingdom benefiting from regional and other funds on the basis that the EEC should not support expenditure in the United Kingdom which the British Government are reluctant to undertake.
