§ Dr. BoysonMy right hon and learned Friend is not aware of any local education authority not fulfilling its statutory duties under section 22 of the Education Act, 1980, and the question of possible action on his part has, therefore, not arisen.
§ Mr. Spellerasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science how much subsidy for the provision of school meals the Government are calculating for the purpose of the rate support grant for free school meals and for school meals sold to pupils.
