§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales what plans he has for the setting up of a second medical school and supporting teaching hospital facilities in Wales based upon Singleton hospital, Swansea, and the present University College; and if he will make such a development in South-West Wales an essential part of Health Service reorganisation in the Principality in response to the recent publication on structure and management.
