§ Mr. RidleyThe Bolivian regime can be in no doubt of our attitude to their unlawful seizure of power. We have made 387W representations to them together with our European partners in order to express our grave concern at the serious abuses of human rights which have taken place following the military coup. We have had no response. The nine member States of the European Community are currently co-ordinating a further approach to the regime.
