§ Mr. WigginThe International Tea Promotion Association, a tea producer organisation, has only recently been set up. It decided last October to establish its headquarters in Rotterdam where the Dutch Government offered rent-free accommodation for two years. Her Majesty's Government's invitation to consider London as the headquarters of the association was based on the practical advantages of an English-speaking capital with expertise in all matters relating to the tea trade.
