§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe lorry traffic forecasts supplied to the Armitage inquiry, in response to its request for up-to-date information, were on a provisional basis. Our work has progressed since then, and I hope to complete my review of both our car and lorry traffic forecasts not long after the Easter Recess, in the light of consultations with the standing advisory committee on trunk road assessment. I would he grateful if my hon. Friend would await the out-come.
