§ Mr. Bestasked the Minister of Transport if he will give further details of his policy that Sealink should have the commercial freedom to develop its business.
§ Mr. FowlerMy objective is to involve private capital in the British Railways Board's major subsidiaries, including Sealink, and to relieve it of public sector restraints. I shall make a further statement when I have the results of the joint examination which I am at present conducting with the chairman.
