§ Dr. BoysonMy right hon. and learned Friend is concerned that sixth forms should be able to offer an adequate range of courses without uneconomic staffing and without adversely affecting the lower school. However, it is for local education168W authorities to review their provision as rolls fall and to make whatever proposals they consider necessary to safeguard their provision for 16–19 year olds.
