§ 49. Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Lord Privy Seal whether he will make a statement about co-operation within the European Community against terrorism.
§ Mr. HurdWe co-operate with our EEC partners in a number of practical ways. In addition, an EEC agreement will apply the European convention for the suppression of terrorism among EEC members until such time as all the nine States have ratified that convention without reservation. This agreement will be signed in Dublin on 4 December.
