§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsNone. Such discussions are a matter for my right hon. Friend the Lord Privy Seal. Arrangements for the extradition from the United States of persons accused or convicted of extraditable crimes committed in Northern Ireland are provided for by the extradition treaty of 1972—Cmnd. 6723—between the United States and the United Kingdom.
