§ Mr. Giles ShawDiscussions about Government aid for the establishment of industrial enterprises in Northern Ireland are conducted on a basis of mutual confidentiality. I can only confirm that negotiations between Panther Westwinds Ltd. and the Northern Ireland Development Agency are continuing. Any agreement reached would need the approval of the Department of Commerce and myself.
