§ Mr. Tilleyasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether, further to his answer on 22 October, which of the replies from nationalised industries about their racial opportunity policies have been judged as needing guidance from his Department's race relations advisory service.
§ Mr. Mayhew[pursuant to his reply, 8 November 1979, c.255]: All replies conveyed firm commitments to active policies of non-discrimination. Further advice and guidance is being offered where it is considered that it may be of particular value in the further development of these policies.
