§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI understand these United States requirements involve very large capital outlays and annual running costs. While I shall watch with interest how the American ideas work out, I believe it is possible for public transport operators and manufacturers and local authorities to help many disabled people at much less cost, and my Department has made advice available.
