§ Mr. Brightasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) whether he has received any representations from the Confederation of British Industry or the Trades Union Congress seeking legislation to ease the difficulties faced by council house tenants seeking to move under the employment transfer scheme;
(2) what representations he has received from the local authorities about their difficulties in housing council house tenants who have moved under the employment transfer scheme and who wish to settle with their families near their new place of work.
