§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe contract completion date for this scheme as a whole is January 1980, but I expect the flyover to be brought into use during the summer of 1979.
Current estimated cost is £3.6 million and the forecast peak hour traffic flow through the junction at the time of opening will be 4,000 vehicles.
