asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what inquiries he has made about the case of a prisoner held in custody at Winson Green prison, Birmingham since early last November without trial or committal proceedings about which the hon. Member for Islington, South and Fins-bury wrote to him on 5 March; and what is the outcome.
