§ Miss Margaret JacksonProvision for the education of children suffering from any disability of mind or body is the responsibility of local education authorities. I understand that the Humberside local education authority is concerned to improve such provision in South Humberside, so far as resources allow. With the same qualification my Department would always consider sympathetically any building proposals which the authority decided to submit.
