HC Deb 19 March 1979 vol 964 c452W
Mr. Cormack

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will consider establishing in the former Royal high school buildings in Edinburgh a museum and library devoted to Scotland's contribution and all aspects of United Kingdom life and history.

Mr. Millan

The former Royal high school buildings were acquired by the Government for use as accommodation for a Scottish Assembly. I am not considering alternative uses.
