§ Mr. Higginsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he proposes to instruct the Board of Inland Revenue to give, in respect of constituents of the hon. Member for Worthing who have made errors in their tax returns, the same tax and penalty concessions as those which the Inland Revenue proposes to give to casual workers in Fleet Street who are members of a trade union.
