§ Mr. Joel BarnettAs I said on 6 February—[Vol. 962, c. 149]—and 31 January—[Vol. 961, c. 467]—the rate support grant cash limit was published in November. Cash limits which have been assimilated with the Votes will be published in the Supply Estimates for 1979–80 in the weeks preceding Budget day and others will be published on Budget day. It is now intended to publish the first volume of Supply Estimates on 16 March.
