asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations he has received regarding the publication of the review of the Rent Acts.

Seven of those who responded to the consultation paper have since written to inquire about the outcome of the review. The matter is also raised from time to time in general correspondence about the Rent Acts. Six hon. Members have tabled questions on the subject since the beginning of 1978.
