§ Mr. ShoreThere are three rate equalisation schemes which form part of the rate support grant arrangements for London. Under these schemes, Southwark will benefit in 1979–80 by £2,775,000, which is the balance between receipts of £3,102,000 from the central London boroughs and a contribution of £347,000 to the outer London boroughs.
