§ Lord HOUGHTON of SOWERBYasked Her Majesty's Government:
Whether their attention has been drawn to the attack made upon the Secretary of State for Health and Social Security in issue No. I of News and Comments, published by the Association of Lawyers for the Defence of the unborn; and, if so, what action they propose to take upon allegations which, inter alia, accuse the Secretary of State of having "blatantly disregarded his statutory duty towards the unborn child" and of "deliberately, carefully and systematically providing the staff and the equipment to kill the very people whom he is duty bound by statute to care for".
§ Lord WELLS-PESTELLI am grateful to my noble friend for drawing my attention to this publication. No action is proposed.
