Mr. Baker

asked the Secretary of State for Defence whether he will estimate, in the case of each quasi-autonomous non-governmental organisation for which he is responsible (a) its total expenditure in the current year and (b) its total expenditure on administration, accommodation and general services, defined to include items such as salaries, telephones and postage, rent, rates, heating, travelling, transport, office equipment, etc.
