§ Mr. ConcannonNo action by the Companies Registry was necessary. There was no requirement on Harland and Wolff Limited to make specific reference in its accounts to the Trust Fund. The contingent liability which arose from the claim for compensation made by Mr. Hoppe's employers Shipbuilding Services SA was duly noted in Harland and Wolff's Accounts for 1974, 1975 and 1976.
