§ Mr. Fittasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many persons have been evicted by the courts for illegal occupation of property in (a) North Belfast and (b) West Belfast.
§ Mr. CarterThere have been four evictions in North and West Belfast following court proceedings during the two-year period ending 28 February 1979. Of these, three were in the parliamentary constituency of Belfast, North and the other in the hon. Member's constituency.
