§ Mr. HattersleyThe Price Commission's report on price increases proposed by The Associated Portland Cement Manufacturers Ltd. was published on 12 June 1978. The Commission is currently investigating price increases proposed by418W the Rugby Portland Cement Co. Ltd., and is due to report to me by 10 April. I have at present no plans to direct the Commission under section 10 of the Price Commission Act 1977, to examine cement prices generally.
