§ Mr. Ralph Howellasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will update the reply given to the hon. Member for Norfolk, North, Official Report, 30 November 1978, c. 298, taking into account increases in rent, rates and work expenses, as well as changes in child benefit and child tax allowances and the Budget proposals, and including rates paid for water and sewerage.
