The Liverpool area health authority (teaching) has told my right hon. Friend that the site is too small to accommodate a conventional single storey health centre and they are considering, in conjunction with the Mersey regional health authority, whether a two storey development would be practicable Subject to the outcome of this consideration, the authority hope to be able to proceed with planning and construction.
