Mr. Alec Jones

asked the Secretary ol State for Wales whether he will publish for each local housing authority in Wales its bids for housing allocations to match its investment programmes submitted to him for 1979.80.

Mr. Wyn Roberts

No. Housing authorities were assured in Welsh Office circular 158/78 that the Department would treat their housing investment programme as confidential although each authority is encouraged to make its own programme locally available for public discussion.
