Mr. McQuarrie

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what proposals he has to mitigate the effects of the shortage of diesel and petrol in the North-East of Scotland, particularly in East Aberdeenshire, which is having a serious effect upon the agriculture and fishing industries.
