§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will provide the latest available data on the proportion of complex specialised surgery, namely, neuro-surgery and cardio-respiratory surgery that is carried out in the United Kingdom outside the facilities provided by the National Health Service.
