§ Dr. VaughanThe Department is already engaged in various measures to help develop a more economical and rational approach to the use of the pharmaceutical services, with a view to making all concerned more aware of the proper place of drugs in treatment and their limitations, and to promoting a commonsense self-reliance in the management and avoidance of minor disorders. I shall continue, in consultation with the medical and pharmaceutical pro-662W fessions, to foster such measures, and shall be pleased to consider any further specific suggestions which the hon. Member may care to make.
