§ Sir George YoungOfficials are studying the first two volumes of the World Health Organisation's report on this subject—to which Professor Neville Butler of the University of Bristol contributed and to which I imagine the hon. Member is referring. We look forward to reports of further studies promised in a subsequent volume. A brief description of the report, with some conclusions, has been produced by the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys (OPCS Monitor: Reference DH1 79/3 issued 26 June 1979).
