§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will revise paragraph 12 of circular 1979/10 dated 27 February 1979 issued by the Department of Education so as to exclude from the Northern Ireland Youth Forum the function of supplying names for appointment to the National Youth Council of Ireland because it establishes an administrative arrangement with the Republic of Ireland.
§ Mr. GoodhartNo. This arrangement would be of practical benefit to the young people of Northern Ireland. The Northern Ireland Youth Forum will also be able to nominate, on request, representatives to the British Youth Council and the European Youth Forum.
