Wilson) on 17 November 1966 and reaffirmed by my right hon. Friend the Member for Sidcup (Mr. Heath) on 16 July 1970 and 21 December 1972, and by the right hon. Member for Cardiff, South-East (Mr. Callaghan) on 26 May 1977.
