§ Mr. Andersonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what measures to extend the provision of the Homes Insulation Act and otherwise he will introduce to encourage greater attention to insulation in the light of the energy crisis.
§ Mr. StanleyWe shall continue to encourage conservation of energy in the home in both the national and individual householder's interest, but I have no present plans to extend the range of measures qualifying for assistance under the Homes Insulation Act.
