§ Mr. Fieldasked the Minister for the Civil Service (1) if he will list the numbers and grades of Civil Service posts which remain unfilled in each of the London boroughs, and if he will estimate the length of time these posts have been unfilled;
(2) how many Civil Service posts have been left unfilled since the Government's 234W freeze on recruitment was announced and if he will present these data (a) for the whole country, (b) in the Merseyside region and (c) for Birkenhead; and if he will list the grades and numbers for the grade so affected.
