§ 15. Mr. Christopher Priceasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he intends to introduce legislation to reform the Mental Health Act 1959.
§ Mr. Patrick JenkinI cannot introduce legislation during this parliamentary Session. In view of the reactions to last year's White Paper, and of the constraints on resources, I am now considering how best to proceed.
