§ Mr. PrenticeThe allowance paid to disabled people with vehicles provided by the Department has remained at its current level of £10 a year since its introduction in January 1975. Then, as now, the price of petrol at the pumps varied considerably. It was, however, around 72.5p per gallon for premium grade, and 71p per gallon for regular grade. I refer my hon.
