§ The PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE, DEPARTMENT of the ENVIRONMENT (Lord Bellwin)I am advised that the Nature Conservancy Council has been in consultation with the owner of the site on measures to safeguard the breeding of the small colony of Greater Horseshoe Bats in Dorset, but have concluded that they are unable to meet the costs of restoring the roof within their present budget.
