§ Mr. Heddleasked the Minister of Transport when a grade-separated junction on the A38 (Lichfield to Burton-on-Trent) road at the junction with the A513 (Alrewas to Rugeley) road will be constructed.
702Wthe roadworks are planned to last and the number of carriageways affected, and similarly on the M5 between Bristol and Exeter and the A38 between Exeter and Plymouth.

In addition, there may be a need for minor works such as barrier repairs, patching, white lining and repair of embankment slips.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeIt is hoped to start construction of a new junction, some way South of the existing one, by late 1981, subject to satisfactory completion of statutory procedures and availability of funds.
