§ 21. Mr. Hugh D. Brownasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he will meet Glasgow district council and Strathclyde regional council to discuss proposals for action arising from the report on "Implications of Population Changes to 1983".
§ Mr. RifkindMy right hon. Friend has not received any request to meet the authorities specifically to discuss this report. I shall, however, be meeting Glasgow district council, at its request, to discuss a range of matters arising from its housing plan, to which this report is relevant.
