§ Mr. Patrick JenkinThe Health Service Commissioner has, as in previous years, made a single annual report on the performance of his functions in England, Scotland and Wales. My right hon. Friends the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales and I presented the report (HC106) to the House on Tuesday 3 July. It will be published tomorrow.
