§ Mr. Patrick JenkinMr. Speakman was appointed to advise three of the NHS Whitley councils, including the nurses and midwives council, in their reviews of the duties, responsibilities and relationships of senior staff. I understand that he has recently submitted his report to the councils. Publication is primarily a matter for them.
