§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe improvement of the A52 at Muston Bends is being prepared urgently because of the bad accident record. We hope to complete the statutory procedures and, subject to the agreement of British Rail to the removal of the railway bridge, start construction towards the end of 1981.
