§ Mr. Andrew F. Bennettasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to receive the report of the Waste Management Advisory Council on returnable bottles and containers for liquids.
§ Mr. MarksData on the environmental and economic implications of returnable and non-returnable beverage containers systems is still being collected and evaluated, but the working party which is conducting the study now hopes to report by the middle of the year.
