§ Mr. JuddThe Government make every effort to ensure that Hong Kong receives fair treatment under the present arrangements for trade in textiles between Hong Kong and the EEC. We are continuing to seek the removal of the remaining discrimination against Hong Kong in the Community's generalised scheme of preferences.
